Themis is founded on 10 August 2006. In the beginning, Themis only provides accountancy services and personal tax submission services.

As business expands, Themis found that most of the Johor Bahru Small and Medium Entrepreneurs are hard to assess professional advisory services that could provide relevant and reliable financial reporting services with fair price. Therefore, Themis has developed as one of the most recognized accounting firm in Johor Bahru that provides one-stop financial report compliance service, which includes accounting services, company secretarial services, tax submission services and audit assurance services.

Since year 2010, Malaysia government has taken action to plan and develop the Iskandar area to attract more expatriates and foreign investment. To play as part of the role to develop Iskandar economy, Themis provide specialized and tailored advisory services to assist client to apply for Local Authority Approvals, MIDA Approvals, Work Permits, Tax Incentives, Duty Exemption on materials and machineries and Custom Facilities, which the services will enable multinational company to understand the local business environment in shortest period and perform proper planning.
